Booth Scheme & Details

3 x 3 sqm Cube

All 3 x 3 sqm Cube will contain:

  • shell scheme stand (unless specified otherwise)
  • Will contain the appropriate numbers of table, chairs: 1 nos info desk ,
2 nos folding chairs, 
1 nos waste paper basket
  • Install 1 nos of 13 amp power socket and 2 nos fluorescent light
  • Power source socket and lighting and needle punch carpet for the designated booth space area and dividing partition of 2.5 meters height in white laminate panel
  • Overhead fascia panel with name of company and stand number

Stamp Collection Game

  • To encourage more people to visit your booth
  • Upon registration, each conference participants receives a ‘stamp collection passport’. You may ask them to fill in information form or play any games at your booth
  • It is a great opportunity to obtain information and networking with the traders

Booth Allocation

Booths will be allocated on ‘first come, first served’ basis according to the chronological order of applications and full payment received.

Cancellation Conditions and Fees

Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to Sponsorship Committee, and email to sponsorship@13apspkl.org.my.

All refunds are subjected to a RM200 administrative  fee regardless of when requested or the reason. Request of refund must be made and received by 1st July 2019 for a 50% refund (less the RM200 administrative fee)

No refunds will be made after 1st July 2019.

Location preference within the exhibition is given to exhibitors, on a first come first serve basis. Any changes after allocation is made, space granted is subject to availability. APSP reserves the right to reject any intending exhibitor’s request for space, if the product or service to be exhibited is deemed unsuitable for this exhibition. APSP reserves the right to re-arrange the exhibition floor plan and / or to relocate any exhibits as required.
